1. Agreement

By using the services provided by MichaelStack LLC ("we," "us," "our") through simpleprosite.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

MichaelStack LLC provides landing page design and hosting services for local service businesses. Our services include:

Design and development of a single-page website (landing page)
First-year hosting included with purchase
Basic SEO setup
Contact form and call/SMS button integration
Minor revisions after delivery

3. Payment

Our standard service fee is a one-time payment of $497 (or the price displayed at the time of purchase). This covers design, development, and the first year of hosting. From Year 2, a renewal fee of $40/year applies for domain and hosting.

Payment is due before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Delivery

We aim to deliver your completed landing page within 48 hours of receiving all required business information (name, services, phone number, city, and any photos). Delivery times may vary depending on response time and content provided.

5. Revisions

Minor revisions (text changes, color adjustments, content updates) are included at no extra cost within 14 days of delivery. Major redesigns or additional pages are not included and will be quoted separately.

6. Ownership

Upon full payment, you own the content and design of your landing page. MichaelStack LLC retains the right to display your page in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

7. Hosting & Domain

Your page will be hosted on a subdomain of simpleprosite.com (e.g., yourbusiness.simpleprosite.com) or on a domain provided by the client. Hosting is included for the first year. Renewal at $40/year covers domain and hosting costs.

If you choose not to renew, your page will be taken offline. We are not responsible for any business impact resulting from non-renewal.

8. Refund Policy

If we have not started work on your project, you are entitled to a full refund. Once work has begun, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with the delivered page, contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.

9. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and contacting us, you consent to receive SMS messages from MichaelStack LLC related to your project and our services. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

10. Limitation of Liability

MichaelStack LLC is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
